I have the honour to subsit for the significat-

ion of His Majesty's, pleasure Ordinance No.13 of 1906 entitled

"An Ordinance to apply.a sum.not exceeding Five.rillion two

hundred and two thousand one hundred and thirty-five dollars to

the Fublic Service of the year 1907" together with the customary

Report of the Attorney General thereon.

:1 enclose 8 copies of the Estimates for 1907, an

Abstract showing the differences between the sstimates of

Expenditure for 1908 and 1907, and Statements of the Assets and

Liabilities on 31st. December, 1905, of the estimated balance of

Assets over Liabilities on 31st. December, 1908, and of the

position of the Loan Account .in 1905 and of its estimated posit-

ion in 1906. I have this year dispensed with the memoranda

explanatory of revenue and Expenditure items as they were not

required by instructions and as the necessary information

-embodied in them could be and has been conveniently incorporated

in the Estizates volume.
